London fire's

Today see's the sexond big fire in London in a short space of time.

Last week we had the block of lats in Camberwell, today it's a fire in Soho.

Is it the weather, is it pure coincidence or something more sinister?

Are they being set deliberately? And if so who by and who are they targeting?
