Hi All,

As it is Easter Monday Bank Holiday I thought I would start off with a blog post NOT about sexual views, activities or anything linked - shocking I know

Woke up early, and the wind was blowing a gale, seriously storm Katie - could you have been a bit quieter LOL

I know it's a bank holiday, and traditionally we have bad weather on them in the UK, but after the sunshine we had Friday it would have been nice to have the same today - but no strong winds. I have sat and watched a neighbours gazebo cover get ripped to shreds, not sure why they have put it up already but - the wind definitely had its way with it - it is in tatters.

I have seen bushes blowing down the gardens / roads and bits of tree all over the place.

But, on the positive side the house isn't damaged I guess.

Hope you have all had a good Easter weekend and not had too much damage to your houses or gardens.

have tried to keep quiet, but Donald Trump is a twat

I am not sure which is the scariest - the fact that American's can believe Trump, or the fact that he could become President!

Having watched several news weeks, showing and following his numerous cock ups, howlers and absolute fuck ups I am struggling to believe that he is still in the Republican party let alone heading towards being a presidential nominee and possible president of the USA.

He has alienated so many varied groups, abroad, on the US borders and within the US - no group seems safe, I mean - if he can't see anything wrong with saying that if his daughter wasn't his daughter he would bang / marry her - with her sitting NEXT to him on LIVE tv.

Doesn't just that make you skin crawl?

And that's before we get started on religion, sexual preference, immigration........

the list goes on, and on, and on, and on.......

How bad must the rest of the republican runners be?

Anyway, this mornings rant over, heading off out (without the sunshine we had yesterday)

Well, they are actually forcasting sunshine for a bank holiday?

Did i hear right? LOL

Do we still need bank holidays?

much as i enjoy getting bank holidays off from work, do they really still play a valuable and fair part in todays society?

I mean, is it fair that banks, services, dentists, doctors,office workers,  civil servants, teachers etc get a day off yet the sales industry etc still have to carry on.

You can argue that with the office workers all off revenue will go up, but so does the wage bill as many sales staff get double time and/or an extra day off. And if you really want to buy something, you will find a time to go whether you get bank holidays off or not.

But, is it fair. Surely all of the sales related industries should get the same opportunity? They have a non working day, yet can visit a dentist, bank, doctor etc?

Fantastic weather

I for one am totally loving this superb sunny weather that we are experiencing in the UK at the moment. It's hotter and sunnier than many of the popular holiday destinations - eat your heart out Spain, Portugal etc etc!!!!! And, to make it even better we are getting it for FREE! LOL No air fares, airport parking, hire car's, hotel / villa charges etc. Getting all this fantastic sun and relaxation for no cost, and it's better for the environment (no pollution from travelling by plane etc etc) What more could we ask for? Well apart from air conditioning at night! Stop moaning, slip on a hat, slap on some sun block and enjoy it while it lasts

Its another bank holiday weekend, so lets hope the weather holds and the sun stays with us for a change.

Can't wait for a bit of R&R in the sunshine, 3 days off.... wonderful.
